Personalized Care

Services Offered

Holistic Approach

I take a holistic approach to midwifery, focusing on the whole person and their unique needs. I provide personalized care that includes physical, emotional, and spiritual support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

VBAC Support

If you have had a previous cesarean birth and are hoping for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), I am here to support you. I will work with you to create a birth plan that takes into account your specific needs and concerns, providing education, resources, and emotional support throughout the process.

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta capsules, tincture, and delivery service if needed. A meaningful option for postpartum recovery that many families find beneficial.

Waterbirth & Homebirth

I offer both water births and home births for those who desire a natural and comfortable birthing experience. I provide all necessary equipment and support to ensure the safety of you and your baby, along with postpartum care and support.

Complete Prenatal Care

Prenatal visits include collaborative discussions, informed choices, physical assessments, and personalized nutritional, educational, and emotional support. Visits are scheduled monthly until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and weekly until birth.

Phone, Text & Email Support

You will have direct access to me during your pregnancy, early labor, and postpartum. I maintain office hours for non-emergent inquiries Tuesday–Thursday, 10 am–5 pm.

The Home Visit

Around 36 weeks, I visit your home to discuss logistics and prepare for the birth. We combine a prenatal appointment with a review of your birth preferences — a great opportunity to include family, a doula, or a photographer.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is a crucial part of your postpartum journey. I offer education, resources, and hands-on support to help you reach your breastfeeding goals, and will identify and assist with any challenges that arise.
